Malware
Do not submit, distribute, or facilitate malware, harmful code, credential theft, or abuse infrastructure.
Spam
Do not use OXEFY workflows for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive distribution.
Impersonation, deception, and fraud
Do not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, deceive recipients, manipulate platform review, or use OXEFY services for fraud.
Harassment, hate, or abuse
Do not use OXEFY services to create, distribute, or facilitate harassment, hateful conduct, abuse, threats, or targeted harm.
Platform-policy evasion
Do not use OXEFY products to evade third-party platform policies, provider restrictions, rate limits, review processes, or account enforcement.
Privacy violations
Do not submit or process personal data without authority or use OXEFY services to violate privacy rights or expectations.
Intellectual-property infringement
Do not submit content unless you have the rights needed for your intended use. Do not use generated output in a way that infringes others' rights.
Security testing without permission
Do not conduct security testing against OXEFY systems, products, or connected provider systems without authorization.
Automated misuse and scraping
Do not use automation, scraping, bots, or bulk workflows where unauthorized, abusive, or contrary to platform or product rules.
High-risk professional advice misuse
Do not present AI-assisted content as professional legal, medical, financial, compliance, or other regulated advice without appropriate qualified review.
Harmful or misleading AI content
Do not use AI-assisted output to create harmful, misleading, deceptive, or materially false content. Users must review and verify generated content.
Attempts to bypass service controls
Do not bypass product limits, security controls, review steps, provider restrictions, or responsible-use safeguards.
Human review responsibility
Users remain responsible for human review, factual verification, content rights, platform compliance, and final publishing choices.
Enforcement options
Detailed enforcement procedures require owner and legal review. OXEFY may need to restrict, suspend, remove, or review activity that appears unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with these boundaries.
Reporting route
Use Contact to report acceptable-use concerns until a dedicated route or mailbox is confirmed.
Changes
OXEFY may update this foundation as products, provider rules, and legal review evolve.
