This Acceptable Use Policy explains uses that are not allowed on OXEFY websites and services.
Overview
Users must use OXEFY websites, online services, content workflows, platform connections, and contact routes lawfully and responsibly.
Illegal activity
Do not use OXEFY services for illegal activity or to plan, facilitate, promote, or conceal illegal activity.
Abuse, harassment, threats, or exploitation
Do not use OXEFY services to harass, threaten, exploit, intimidate, or target others for abuse.
Hateful or discriminatory abuse
Do not use OXEFY services to promote hateful or discriminatory abuse against people or protected groups.
Child sexual abuse or exploitation
Do not create, submit, store, request, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or exploitation. OXEFY may report serious abuse where required or appropriate under applicable law.
Non-consensual intimate content
Do not create, submit, distribute, or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving people without permission.
Fraud, impersonation, deception, and phishing
Do not use OXEFY services for fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, deceptive affiliation, false identity, or misleading platform or business communications.
Malware, credential theft, or unauthorized access
Do not submit malware, steal credentials, probe systems without authorization, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, workspaces, provider accounts, or data.
Spam and platform manipulation
Do not use OXEFY workflows for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive distribution, fake engagement, platform manipulation, or evasion of third-party platform rules.
Intellectual-property infringement
Do not submit or use content unless you have the rights and permissions needed for your intended use.
Privacy violations and doxxing
Do not use OXEFY services to violate privacy, expose personal data without authority, dox individuals, or process personal data unlawfully.
Evasion of safeguards or usage limits
Do not bypass product limits, security controls, review steps, provider restrictions, responsible-use safeguards, or usage limits.
Harmful automated activity
Do not use automation, bots, scraping, bulk workflows, or automated publishing in ways that are unauthorized, abusive, disruptive, or contrary to product or platform rules.
Prohibited or regulated goods and services
Do not use OXEFY services to promote or facilitate prohibited or regulated goods or services where doing so is unlawful or unauthorized.
High-risk professional advice misuse
Do not use OXEFY services as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice, or to make high-impact, safety, or rights-affecting decisions without qualified human review.
Harmful or misleading AI content
Do not use AI-assisted output to mislead people, fabricate evidence, make unsupported claims, or conceal that AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use.
Human review responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing output before use or publication and for confirming that content, claims, rights, and platform permissions are appropriate.
Attempts to disrupt or overload services
Do not interfere with, overload, disrupt, degrade, or test OXEFY services or provider systems without authorization.
Misuse of connected publishing platforms
Do not misuse connected third-party platforms, publish without appropriate authority, violate platform terms, or imply platform approval where none exists.
Enforcement
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, OXEFY may investigate suspected misuse, limit functionality, suspend access, terminate access, preserve relevant records, cooperate with lawful requests, or report serious abuse where required.
Vocalis product acceptable use
Vocalis users must also follow the product-specific Vocalis Acceptable Use Policy.
