These Terms govern use of the OXEFY website and online services unless more specific product or commercial terms apply.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing the OXEFY website or using OXEFY online services, you agree to these Terms. If you use a service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Who may use the services
You may use OXEFY services only if you can legally do so, have authority for the account, content, organization, and connected platforms involved, and comply with applicable law and these Terms.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, controlling workspace access, and promptly notifying OXEFY if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share passwords, tokens, or private credentials through general contact channels.
User content and instructions
You are responsible for the content, prompts, files, links, instructions, brand materials, and publishing decisions you submit or authorize. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your intended use.
Permission to process user content
You permit OXEFY to process user content and instructions as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, operate workflows, generate or transform content, troubleshoot, secure systems, and respond to support or business requests.
OXEFY intellectual property
OXEFY owns or licenses its websites, software, product materials, branding, documentation, templates, and service materials. You may not copy, misuse, reverse engineer, or misrepresent OXEFY materials except as allowed by law or written permission.
Third-party services and platforms
OXEFY services may connect to or depend on third-party platforms, app stores, AI providers, hosting services, form providers, or other providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. A connection or reference does not imply endorsement by the third-party platform.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not misuse OXEFY websites, services, contact routes, platform connections, or content workflows.
AI-generated output and user review
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing output before use or publication and for ensuring that claims, rights, permissions, and context are appropriate.
Publishing and distribution responsibility
You are responsible for publishing choices, destination selection, permissions, platform rules, account authorization, and final content decisions. OXEFY does not guarantee platform acceptance, reach, engagement, approval, revenue, or business results.
Service changes and availability
OXEFY may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue websites, services, features, integrations, or content where reasonably necessary. Services may depend on provider availability, user authorization, and technical conditions.
Suspension and termination
OXEFY may suspend, limit, or terminate access depending on the circumstances and applicable law, including suspected misuse, security risk, non-payment where relevant, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OXEFY services and website materials are provided without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, meet every need, or produce a particular result. Nothing on the website is professional legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OXEFY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, platform decisions, or business interruption arising from use of the services.
Indemnity
Where applicable and permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify OXEFY against claims arising from your unlawful use, user content, platform publishing decisions, infringement, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
Vocalis product terms
Vocalis use is governed by its product-specific SaaS terms in addition to applicable OXEFY corporate terms.
Changes to the Terms
OXEFY may update these Terms as services, operations, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date and version history show when these Terms were last updated.
